Disney is in an expansion phase There are lots of Disney theme parks other than in Florida near the water and cruising possibilities. Hong Kong is a harbor. Paris is connencted with England by the chunnel beneath the English Channel's water. Japan is a large country surrouonded entirely by water. Then there is the West Coast of the U. S. A. Presently there are not enough ships to service all of these areas. Then too Disney is building a DVC club near Honolulu on Oahu, Hawaii. I am sure it is planning cruise departures from the San Diego-Orange-Los Angeles County areas as it is currently finishing up a DVC in Anaheim. Be practical.
