But let the buyer beware. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably isn’t–simple as that. There are scams everywhere. In foreign places you really have to watch out. I heard a story about a merchant claiming the customer broke something and demanded he be paid for it or the merchant would call the police. Funny thing is the customer paid but when the man took his money, he refused to give it to the customer. Cruising can be great. But let the buyer beware.
