Disney On The Droid

Whenever we go shopping in Downtown Disney, or in Disney World we know that the prices are almost always on the products.  When I got my Android phone for Christmas last year I found an app that made it so I could use my phone like a barcode scanner.  In Disney World this doesn’t work on Disney’s own items.  I believe that this is because they use their own sku’s, and nobody has really made a database of them.  When we go off grounds to the Disney Store we have found that the pricing is in the phone.  This is handy because for the most part not everything is priced accordingly.

The one app that we found most useful in Disney was Ride Hopper.  You can post wait times, and see the wait times that other people post.

Most recently we found out that they had come up with a Disney Vacation Countdown app.  I personally like this app because whenever I look at my phone I see how close my vacation is.
