If I ever need to know about Disney this is definitely information that would be useful planning my trip.
New Jersey has a law that if the customer is required to buy something, anything he receives as a result of the purchase is not free. I think it is right. Always add the total costs–with vs. without then decide if the package is meant for you.
The cost of this dining is packed somewhere into the package. It’s advertising puffery.
