I'm kinda sad because my oldest turns 18 this year and we never were able to afford a family vacation down there. I loved Disney when I was younger. With 4 kids it just hasn't been financially feasible for us though. I read about your friend in the other post too. It's a darn shame what the recession is doing to people's financial security. I wish her lots of luck because NC has had its share of issues employment wise. We live in VA but hubby commutes to NC, and WVA for work and he tells me things are rough all over.
