We have recently been doing our final plannings for our trip in October. Being that we are driving we are now making sure that everything on the car is in top shape. We haven’t decided on if we are going to get a roadside assistance plan, or not. Roadside assistance is good if anything happens, but I also have to consider that I have a Kia plan already on the car.
The trip from NJ takes me about 18 hours. We do have to make stops, but we have accounted for them this time. What we have found is that when we drive down we will usually stay overnight in an Disney area hotel, and check in the next day.
We just found out that a few more of our friends are going to be going to Disney at the same time as us. I think this trip is going to be outrageous.

I am also from New Jersey and love the ride down to Disney. My sister (also from Jersey) is going down in October (for Halloween). She also has several friends and their kids going. Must be a great time of year to visit Disney!
