No More Valet Parking For DVC.

According to a source that we frequent the following news must be conveyed…

Disney Vacation Club Member Services is reporting that members are no longer eligible to receive free valet parking at Walt Disney World resorts.  Effective Sunday October 11, 2009 , DVC members using valet parking services will be charged a fee of $12 per day. Resorts impacted by this move include the Animal Kingdom Villas, Bay Lake Tower, Beach Club, BoardWalk and Wilderness Lodge.

Members staying at the above DVC resorts can continue to utilize the self-parking lots at no charge.

    Roz… I totally agree with you.  We should be treated equal to a non-DVC person.  We did make an investment in Disney, but at the same time they look at it as they won’t make as much on us as they will the general public.  The FREE dining plan should be offered to DVC members, even if they only offered it for a few of the days we book.

    I just came back from Disney yesterday. I have to say there is no respect for DVC Members. The front desk clerk told me they changed the valet policy overnight. The free dinning plan for nov DVC members is what really has me upset. I think we should ban together and get them to something about the meal plan. They want us to purchase additional points. I refuse until they give us something in return. We should at least be entitled to what the general public gets
