In the past we have looked high, and low for places that carry “Bigger” sizes in Disney clothes. My wife loves to wear Eeyore t-shirts as pajamas, so she tries to find the bigger sizes so that it isn’t a mini-skirt. Our little one also likes to wear her princess t-shirts as nightgowns. What we have found is that not many stores carry those sizes. We have seen in the past that if you want big and tall clothing, then you can shop at the stores in Downtown Disney, and you will probably find everything that you want.
On the other side of the coin you can also try to get over to the Disney Outlet in the Prime Outlets on International Drive. They may not have as big of a selection, but they do have very cheap prices.
