Disney Exercise Rooms

When we have gone to Disney World, and on the Disney Cruise we have seen some serious state of the art exercise rooms.  When I look at them I sometimes have to wonder if they have a lot of people that use them because I usually see them empty when I go past them.  I would think that Disney could use some cheaper alternatives to save money on the exercise equipment.

I have been looking at some new items for my wife for use in exercising, and some of them seem like they might even go over well in the exercise rooms that we see.  Things like thera bands.  We already have Wii Fit, but I have never seen that in Disney anywhere.  We found Wii Bowling on the cruise, but that is more of a fun game.

After all the good food that everyone consumes in Disney I can understand that people might want a fun way to lose some of the pounds.  The Wii Fit would be a fun, and fairly inexpensive way to offer some weight loss, and weight maintenance.

Disney Causes Me Trouble

My wife is so worried about our upcoming Disney trip because once again she will be in her diet competition when we go away.  This makes it very hard for her to relax, and enjoy herself when we eat out in Disney World.  So now she’s going nuts looking at a diet supplement review to see if it could help her.  I don’t know why she bothers with them because when we get home she always says they didn’t work.  I told her that our timeshare has a gym, and she can use it to work out whenever she wants.  She asks “Who wants to work out when they go on vacation?”  I told her obviously someone does, or they wouldn’t have put gyms in all the hotels in Disney.  Now this only makes her mad, and then she tries to make it like I’m calling her lazy when I’m just trying to help her save money, and help hernot sabotage her diet.

Some Weight Loss Ideas For Disney World

In being Disney World veterans my wife, and I have come up with some pretty good ideas to help keep a persons weight exactly where you want it.  When you go anywhere, and this includes Disney World one thing remains constant, and that is that you need to think sensible about what you do.  Rather than using pills my wife prefers a natural fat burner.

Before going on vacation make a list of foods that you just don’t want to go over on.  One other thing that you can do to keep your calorie counts down is to check out some of the menus that are published in many places on the web.  Make notes of anything that will really sabotage your weight.

My wife has found that walking each day helps a lot.  Yes, in Disney World you do almost nothing but walk, but what my wife has done is that she walks in the morning before starting her day, and at night she also walks again to help burn off a bit more.

One last thing to think of is that you can also do is that you can ask if any of the restaurants have menus that have weight loss in mind.  The last thing that will work is rather than eating out just make a small meal at your room.  We took a indoor grill with us last time we went to Disney, and it helped save some money, and most definitelly saved some weight.
